Our transportable buildings are engineered for strength and durability, using Australian-made steel frames, DuraGal RHS, and UB (Universal Beams). Built to meet national standards, they are rated to N3 (non-cyclonic) wind classification and feature termite-resistant subflooring, ensuring long-term performance in Australian conditions.
From initial enquiry through to delivery, we ensure a smooth, high-quality process at every stage. All buildings are manufactured in our Dubbo facility, allowing for minimal interruptions and consistent quality control. With a full turnkey fit-out available, typical timeframes range from 8–16 weeks.
Our transportable buildings are designed to be durable and low maintenance. We use pre-painted steel panels for both internal and external walls, meaning there’s no gyprock and no need for painting. They’re easy to clean with a simple wipe-down, and remain strong and stable even during relocation.
Our buildings use EPS insulated panels in the walls and ceilings to maintain comfortable temperatures all year-round. With high R-values and excellent thermal performance, they reduce the need for heating and cooling, helping lower your energy costs
Our transportable buildings are delivered with electrical and plumbing pre-installed, including a switchboard wired by a licensed electrician. Internal fit-out is also completed during manufacture, with materials installed and ready for use. This allows for a smooth, hassle-free setup—your local electrician and plumber simply connect to services on site.
We engage licensed subcontractors at every stage of manufacture to ensure full compliance with Australian standards. We can also provide engineered drawings and certifications for council approvals, including electrical, plumbing, glazing, waterproofing, smoke alarms, and air conditioning.
